Exchange & Return Policy

We offer store credit or exchange only in below scenarios:- 

A wrong product has been sent/product does not match the item selected during order confirmationManufacturing defect Product received in a damaged condition  

To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of damaged condition, you should reach us at scoffco.official@gmail.com  to initiate returns/exchange within 24 hours of delivery.  A video of unboxing of the package which includes shipping label as well is compulsory for the claims and returns
