Refund & Return Policy

At Scoffco, we aim to provide our customers with the right products in good condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or different from the product ordered, you may be eligible for a return or replacement, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

A return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or physically defective.
• The product received is different from the product ordered.
• The issue must be reported to us within the applicable return period after delivery.

Mandatory Open-Box Video

For any claim related to a damaged or incorrect product, a proper continuous unboxing/open-box video is mandatory.

The video should:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
• Show the package being opened in one continuous video.
• Clearly show the product received and its condition.
• Show the shipping label/order details wherever applicable.

Claims without a proper open-box/unboxing video may not be accepted.

Photos or videos recorded after the package has already been opened may not be considered sufficient proof for transit damage or incorrect product claims.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
• Claims without a proper open-box/unboxing video.
• Issues caused due to incorrect handling or usage by the customer.

Refund / Replacement

Once the claim is received and verified by our team, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to our verification and refund process.
